RESPONSIBILITIES

[Mission & Main Tasks]

The Sr. SAP Specialist is responsible for the overall support of SAP Supply Chain Management modules (PP, MM) and FCM (FI, CO, HR). Is responsible for tracking the right operation of the ERP in this area and managing the support service; identifying key resources and providing the direction they require in order to meet ERP business requirements and user expectations.
- provides leadership to his functional team responsible for supporting defined ERP functionality to time, budget and quality criteria. They also ensure adherence to established standards and methodologies, provide team coaching, evaluate the performance of team members and reinforce the team knowledge management through the collection and communication of lessons learned.

[Roles & Responsibility]
- Proactively manage service Business satisfaction.
- Manage relationship with Business process owners and key users, including internal and external clients, keeping the management informed of progress.
- Manage expectations on all service requirements and deliverables.
- Manage and communicate a clear vision of the support objectives, and motivate the project team to achieve them; create an environment that enables peak performance by team members.
- Analyze risk, establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action.
- Position service reviews with customers and effectively manages technical leader’s deployment.
- Coach to clarify assignments and deliverables to project team; review quality of work and manage integration of team members’ work; provide performance input to project team members’ functional management.
- Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement of the delivered services.
- His/her management activities consist of:

- Strategy and Service Level Management
- Business Process Management
- Software Change Management
- Support Desk Management

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering with minor in Systems Engineering), Master Degree is desirable
- Over 9 years of experience in SAP PP, MM consultant and 4 Year SAP Project manager
- SAP PP, MM and Project ManagerSAP Modules integration with FI CO, Implementation methodologies & Projects ManagementBusiness Process: Supply Chain Process, Source to Pay Process, Order to Produce, Maintenance ProcesesPMI (Proyect Management Institute)
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in Korean is desired but not required
