**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Decision Making**: Approve, reject, or recommend modifications to loan terms based on the analysis, ensuring decisions align with the company’s risk appetite.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of all underwriting decisions and ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Non-Degree holders who have relevant experience or certification in underwriting may be considered.
- Minimum experience of 1-2 years in underwriting, financial analysis, credit assessment, or a similar role within the financial services industry, preferably in a fintech environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent decision-making abilities with a focus on risk management.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, credit scoring systems, and underwriting software.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin languages.
- High level of integrity, with strong accountability and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.

**Working Hours**:

- 2 rotating shifts: 10 am - 7.30 pm and 10.45 am - 8.15 pm
- 5-day workweek: Monday to Saturday, Sunday off + one additional off-day during the week
