About the role Our Risk team sits at the very core of Revolut. Those special agents work across functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure that the business is on safe footing People in the Risk team are among the first in the company to get involved in new business initiatives, from App Technology, through Treasury and Finance, to Customer Support
We're looking for a Risk Manager to continue improving our risk management framework and governance structures A great data lover to monitor daily risk exposures and support MI reporting to internal and external stakeholders. What you'll be doing
- Keeping abreast with MAS and other applicable regulations such as IT related notices, guidelines and acts including Technology Risk Management ("TRM"), Cyber Hygiene and Outsourcing, etc
- Managing the regulatory deliverables required from the MAS outsourcing guidelines (Outsourcing Register, periodic reviews on outsourcing relationships, etc) and TRM guidelines/notices
- Engaging with Group Technology and Technology Risk team to gain full understanding of Cybersecurity technology and control environment
- Working with global stakeholders to execute and maintaining strong Third Party Risk Governance to ensure effective adoption of the Group TPRM Policy and Framework
- Reviewing new product and business initiatives
- Preparing management materials (eg. for ERC, board meetings )
- Presenting in key local management forums to ensure management is kept abreast of performance, issues and incidents
- Working with key stakeholders to develop relevant risk metrics
- Monitoring operational risk against limits and thresholds, produce respective reports to management and other relevant stakeholders
- Conducting trainings/workshops on Outsourcing and Technology risk related matters
- Supporting the head of risk in any other risk matters/projects as required
What you'll need
- 5 years of work experience in Operational Risk, Technology Risk Management or Management Consulting in financial services
- Sound knowledge in Technology Risk and Outsourcing regulatory requirements in Singapore
- Previous examples of practically interpreting and organising complexity
- Curious nature - never accepting of assumptions and a desire to fully understand how things work
- Strong adaptability and flexibility - being able to adjust to new or different work situations and requirements
- Organised and methodological approach
Nice to have
- Professional qualifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC etc
- Working experience in Fintechs
