**Production Operations**
- Ensure daily production of pastries and needs, examples but not limited to: assortment of cakes, tarts, cupcakes, brownies, etc.
- Handle pastry decorating using fondants and such.
- Responsible for the high standard food quality and consistency.
- Understand F&B trends and customers’ needs thoroughly to achieve effective R&D of products.
- Control and aware at all times of food costs percentages to achieve effective cost control.
- Assist with conceptualizing of ideas for signature products for retail, online, wholesale and catering businesses.
- Provide training and development for department staff in kitchen procedures.
- Ensure all statutory regulations are adhered to and to ensure that all employees are trained to uphold the conditions of the food hygiene policies.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure that all-statutory regulations are observed.

**Cost control / Internal Policies**
- Monitor sales and operation cost on a regular basis to minimize waste and spoilage to expenses in line with company’s needs.
- Stringent tracking of manpower costs and efficient management of wastage and
- Help maintaining high productivity levels through efficient monitoring of duty roster which are relevant to business needs. Organize and plan annual leave in the same manner.
- Maintain high standards of grooming for oneself and team members ensuring good customer relations are maintained at all times, in particular when working in the public areas of the Company.

** Job Requirements**
- Minimum 4 years F & B experience with both production operational and good customer service handling skills.
- Good in leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work during weekend and Public Holidays.
