Key business areas include:

- **Governance and Management of VCC**
- Exercising voting rights on key corporate decisions, including mergers, restructurings, and liquidations.
- Monitoring the financial health of the VCC.
- Ensuring compliance with the regulatory framework and the Сompany’s strategic interests.
- **Management of Other Assets**
- Direct ownership and management of stakes in various businesses, including private equity and other assets.
- Strategic oversight and operational support for subsidiary or affiliated companies.
- **Financial Oversight and Risk Management**
- Reviewing financial statements and ensuring the financial stability of all assets under management.
- Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- **Strategic Growth**: Identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities in various sectors.
- **Regulatory Compliance and Legal Oversight**
- Overseeing legal compliance across all owned assets and business structures.
- Structuring ownership and governance frameworks for tax efficiency and operational effectiveness.

**_Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements of the Managing Director _**

Managing Director of the Company ensures the Company, VCC and other assets align with strategic objectives while managing governance, financial health, and growth. His key responsibilities include:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Define and drive the Company’s and its assets’ strategic direction; Oversee corporate governance.
- **Financial**Oversight**: Manage financial performance, capital allocation, and investment decisions; Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
- **VCC Management**: Ensure regulatory compliance and operational alignment with the Company’s goals; with other Directors of the Company, participate in key governance decisions through voting rights of the Company in the VCC.
- **Corporate Strategy**: Lead restructuring initiatives and ensure board alignment on key goals; Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- **Risk and Compliance**: Implement risk management frameworks and ensure regulatory adherence; Oversee internal controls and mitigate potential risks.
- **External Relations**: Manage stakeholder relations; Develop strategic partnerships with suppliers and business entities.
- **Growth and Expansion**: Identify investment opportunities and drive long-term growth strategies.
- **Higher education is must**(preferably in China)
- **Proficiency in four languages**is must: English, Chinese, Kazakh and Russian
- Work experience in the finance or banking sector is required.
