The Regional Business Manager (Bioanalytics), APAC will be responsible for leading the execution of the global strategy into regionally relevant, inspiring sales and marketing initiatives that create customer value, revenue and growth for Sartorius’ Bioanalytics portfolio to Life Science Research customers. They will provide regional customer and market information back to the Global Product Management Team to ensure a robust customer and market-focused product development pipeline for these product portfolios.

**The Regional Business Manager (Bioanalytics), APAC will be responsible for leading the execution of the global strategy into regionally relevant, inspiring sales and marketing initiatives that creates customer value, revenue and growth for Sartorius’ Bioanalytics portfolio to Life Science Research customers. They will provide regional customer and market information back to the Global Product Management Team to ensure robust customer and**:

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Be the conduit in the region for Bioanalytics business area to facilitate information flow between the sales & marketing organisation**:

- ** Understand market dynamics, trends, competitive landscape for the portfolio & target market segments in the region**:

- ** Gather voice of sales (VoS) to understand regional field sales needs, gaps & market opportunities required to drive the execution of growth objectives**:

- ** Conduct voice of customer projects (VoC) that support product management strategic portfolio roadmaps including product ideation & new product development initiatives**:

- ** Identify & develop key opinion leader (KOLs), key influencer contacts in the fields of live-cell imaging, high-throughput flow cytometry and bio-layer interferometry**:

- ** Provide direction, inputs to segment marketing on the development of campaign workflows stories & marketing tactics**:

- ** Use metrics to monitor leads, opportunity pipeline & sales performance for the product portfolio on a regional & territory level**:

- ** Use market research & other tools to enable sales with new prospects & leads**:

- ** Develop & drive regional plans of action (POAs) for campaigns & the business area incl. sales tools, training materials, digital tools, testimonial videos, target account lists, webcasts etc**:
**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- ** BS, MS or PhD in Cell Biology, Biology, Molecular Biology or Biotechnology**:
**Experiences**:

- ** Successful product management or sales track record (>8 years) or proven track record in life science tools regional marketing position**:
**Specialized Knowledge & Skills**:

- ** Strong technical and business acumen (MBA useful but not prerequisite)**:

- ** Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to motivate others**:

- ** Good soft-skills, ability to lead in an inter-cultural environment**:
