We are looking for Sea-hearted individuals who aspire to be skippers or Crews with our growing fleet of holiday sailing boats. During our program, you will equip yourself with Basic Sailing Certification and a PPCDL if you are selected.

**10 days** Development Program valued at **$5500** come with full internationally recognised **American Sailing Association (ASA) certifications**.

**Training Program Agenda**:

- Basic Keelboat Sailing(ASA 101 Certification) x 4 days
- Basic Coastal Cruising(ASA 103 Certification) x 4 days
- Powered Pleasure Craft Driving Licence (PPCDL) x 2 days

**Requirements**:

- Must have a local residency permit. (no work passes will be provided)
- Age above 17-50
- Commit to 10 days of the training program.

**Additional Conditions**:

- Sponsored PPCDL course fees exclude test fees and practical refresher training
- Trainee must complete 100% attendance of the 10 days programs. Failure to complete the full fees of the course will be charged to the trainee.
- Able to understand English.
- Able to perform physically demanding tasks
- Must be physically fit and have good mobility.
- Well-groomed and presented.
- Good communication skills.
- Hospitality experience will have advantaged

Part-time hours: 5-10 per week

**Salary**: $1,600.00 - $2,300.00 per month
