**About you**

Are you passionate about helping students achieve their academic goals? Coaches who love delivering high quality, focused sessions that are curated to the students’ needs fit our culture just right. Having a creative way of delivering the information and good understanding of the key methods to coach students of different abilities are added advantages.

**The Role**

The academic coach will need to manage the class and deliver the lesson in a small group size of 6 to 8 students. Apart from managing individual student’s portfolio, you are also required to build rapport with both students and parents, and communicate with parents on their child’s academic progress.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible in teaching a small group size class
- Planning and developing of teaching resources
- Marking of assignments
- Coaching and mentoring students through individualised teaching method
- Effectively manage students in the classroom
- Managing students’ portfolio and academic evaluation
- Establishing rapport with both students and parents, and communicating with parents on students’ academic progress

**Job Requirements**
- A recognised degree is preferred
- Great interpersonal skills
- Passionate about coaching and teaching
- Able to articulate concepts and ideas both verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner
- Strong work ethics
- A strong innate desire to motivate, nurture and inspire students to maximise their potential
- Able to work on weekendsEx-teacher and graduates with no experience are welcome
