You will be part of our collaborative team of investment and strategic development professionals specialising in the airports and aviation sector. You will play a key role in providing rigorous and robust financial and economic analysis on investments and divestments, and assets optimisation and operations to achieve the strategic objectives of CAI and maximise value/outcomes.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain financial models, performing valuations and business assessment of investments targets and assets.
- Assist in providing advice and recommendations to management on opportunities, including strategic rationale, valuation, deal structure and risks.
- Drive robust analyses and research on market trends - including market sizing, positioning, financial and operational benchmarking, then presenting findings and recommendations on strategic planning to Management.
- Monitoring investments performance and preparing periodic financial reports and analysis on assets.
- Contribute to new businesses development and playing a leading role in financing related efforts.
- Conduct preliminary assessment on potential opportunities, as and when they arise.
- It will be a plus if you are also versed in the valuation of derivative instruments such as options and swaps, tax and accounting treatments.
- For more senior hires, to be able to liaise effectively with counterparts including banks, financial advisors and other industry parties to originate transactable ideas and build up a deal pipeline.

In return, you will receive significant international exposure working with a diverse set of projects, partners, public and private stakeholders and clients. You will be exposed to working with different project teams of various disciplines and cultures, often in emerging markets where English is not the primary language.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Economics ranging from 4 to 10 years of related work experience, preferably in both accounting / auditing and corporate advisory i.e., senior professionals with more years of experience will be considered for more senior positions.
- Good command of valuation techniques and able to put together a valuation model.
- Ability to take ownership and collaboration skills to work both as a part of a team and independently.
- High proficiency in terms of written and verbal communication skills, ability to understand and explain complex concepts in clear and succinct manner.
- Having a CFA and/or CA qualification will be preferred.
- This role may require travelling at short notice.
