Be part of an established, exciting and expanding Group of F&B company with multiple brands and concepts. Eatz Catering Services Pte Ltd is a Halal-Certified Full-Service Caterer since 2005.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand client needs and recommend **suitable menus**and solutions
- **Plan, prepare, and send quotations and confirmation orders**in a timely manner
- Follow up on sales leads and maintain accurate customer records in the **CRM system**:

- Coordinate with **kitchen and logistics**to ensure all confirmed orders are executed accurately and efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **4 years of relevant experience**, preferably in **F&B, customer service, or admin**:

- Highly motivated, driven and hungry for sales. Energetic, and **able to multitask**in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in **MS Word, Excel, and Outlook**:

- Preferably able to **converse in Mandarin**, as the role requires coordination with Chinese-speaking stakeholders, subcontractors, and workers from Mainland China
- Strong **interpersonal skills**, with a team-first mindset while being capable of working independently
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and consistently **accurate**in all work
- A quick thinker who can **solve problems**effectively
- **Immediate availability**is a plus
