**Job Description**:

- Performing credit activities particularly in analytical and mitigating business risk as relationship manager counterpart, including monitoring and maintaining debtor performance in order to contribute optimal income for the bank.
- Managing and performing comprehensice credit analysis to understand the financial condition, development and potential of debtors' business activities.
- Monitoring debtor's compliance to the credit requirements, identifying potential issues in cash generation, detecting customers' financial deterioration and evaluating customers' willingness in setting their financial obligation.
- Preparing business risk related reports to Risk Division in Head Office.

Requirement:

- Minimum bachelor degree qualification from established universities
- Posses good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Dealing with Indonesian markets and regulations
- Frequent liaising with Head Office
- Ability to converse in Bahasa Indonesia and familiar with Indonesia's economy
