About Kallang Alive Sport Precinct
Under the ambit of Vision 2030, the national blueprint for sport, the development of the Kallang Alive sport precinct is envisioned as a destination where Singaporeans can participate in community sports activities while enjoying world-class entertainment and sporting action. In addition to the upcoming Kallang Football Hub and Singapore Tennis Centre, there are also plans for a Youth Hub that will house a velodrome and speed climbing facilities. The Kallang Theatre redeveloped will be into an integrated sport, entertainment and lifestyle centre and the Benaan Kapal Green will be revamped into a green community space.

**What you will be working on**

**Responsibilities**:
Your job will include:

- Develop and implement a knowledge management strategy for this start-up project.
- Manage all knowledge-related activities, including capturing, sharing, accessibility of knowledge assets.
- Develop policy, processes, and systems on flow of knowledge within the organisation and to external parties, capturing and retention of institutional knowledge, instituting internal control, security, control accessibility and any related matters.
- Identify, procure, and implement relevant knowledge technologies for the project, ensuring that they are up-to-date and always working according to function, as well as ensuring that employees are not misusing organisational technology infrastructure.
- Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing through defining, supporting, and encouraging the use of knowledge to employees of all skill levels and roles
- Monitor progress by leveraging analytics to assess the impact, engagement, functionality, and effectiveness of knowledge management strategy
- Provide relevant coaching, training, and support to champion a knowledge management culture

**What we are looking for**

**Requirements**:
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.
- At least 12 years of relevant hands-on experience, preferably in a construction or facilities/asset management environment
- Strong information management skills: codification, content management, information processes, taxonomies,
- Problem solver, analytical, conceptual thinking, ability to deal with ambiguity
- Communication and interpersonal skills including listening, negotiation, teamwork and consulting
- Passion for Sports
- Organised and resourceful
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environment
- Responsive and adaptive to possible deviations from project plans
- Innovative with an experimental mindset
- Attention to details
