**Job Description:
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Support trading activities of fixed income, currencies, exchange-traded and OTC products.
- Provide post-trade support to traders and portfolio managers.
- Coordinate between central dealer team and back office.
- Perform ad-hoc market research, trade data process, design strategies.
- Performing macro research, with focus on Emerging Market.
- Process macro information, generate research ideas.
- Analyze financial market trends, provide trade ideas and support investment work. Write research reports and presentations regularly.

**Requirements:
- A good team player, self-motivated with good communication, analytical abilities and collaborative skills.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, good at writing reports in Chinese would be an advantage
- Attention to detail and good quantitative skills
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, R and VBA would be an advantage. Keen willingness to learn and develop.
