Architecture Sr. Manager (VP)

GFT is looking for a seasoned Bigdata Technical Architect for development and rollout of strategic Global Fund Transfer Pricing Application.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive Solution Architecture, Applications systems analysis and programming activities.
- Architect & design scalable reusable/sharable capabilities with end-to-end vision
- Maintain continuous awareness of business, technical, and infrastructure issues and acts as a sounding board or consultant to aid in the development of creative solutions
- Identification and execution of the appropriate architecture based on a thorough assessment of specific architectural impacts and requirements
- Work closely with Business Analysts and Development teams for solutioning the new requirements.
- Assist developers to drive the efficiency and clear any technical, architectural and process related roadblocks
- Work and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders from varied backgrounds and levels

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in engineering
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology
- Experience and proven track record of delivery of enterprise-scale solution architectures supporting enterprise-level business functions in Bigdata technologies
- Well versed in Bigdata technologies Hadoop, Java spark, Pyspark, Spark SQL, Hive, Cloudera
- Experience in Streams processing using Kafka / RabbitMQ
- Experience across a wide range of Application-Development Tech Stack
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Exposure to continuous integration and continuous deployment processes and tools (Jenkins, RLM)
- Exposure to using various unit testing, integration testing and functional testing tools (Junit, Selenium)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Very Confident, innovative, self-motivated, aggressive and results oriented
