**Roles and responsibilities**
- Engage key stakeholders in public healthcare and wider healthcare sector to understand the IT and data landscape for digital health at a sector-wide level. You will coordinate across stakeholders to ensure smooth development and operationalization of the relevant systems/platforms, in line with policy objectives.
- Understand and manage trade-offs based on limited resources, to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Design the governance framework and architecture for digital strategies and systems as part of the sector-level programme.
- Communicate the strategies and governance framework, e.g., helping designated System Owner(s) understand their responsibilities.
- Implement the programme for digital strategies and systems and maintain a workplan to monitor and report the implementation progress. You will also provide staffing and secretariat support to relevant meeting forums where strategies and plans for the healthcare sector will be discussed

**Requirements**:

- Good general degree, preferably in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Healthcare related fields.
- A high level of computer literacy.
- Demonstrated knowledge in project management and stakeholder engagement, with preferably at least 2-3 years' relevant experience in consulting, project management, or IT/technology planning.
- Demonstrated ability of effective communication (verbal and written) skills to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
