Singapore EXASOFT PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up AV equipment for all school functions/activities, including contact time,staff meetings, and morning assemblies
- Maintain and repair all AV hardware and equipment
- Update and manage AV hardware/software inventory, including the condemnation of faulty equipment
- Maintain a weekly progress log of AV repairs and services
- Assist in procurement of AV equipment, accessories, and consumables
- Provide support in photography and videography for school events
- Provide support for Personal Learning Devices (PLDs)
- Conduct AV training sessions for staff and students
- Perform bi-monthly maintenance of standard classroom AV equipment
- Carry out other ad-hoc duties as required by the school

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE “O” Level certificate
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in schools
- Experience in AV support, computer hardware troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance

**Working Hours**:

- Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays: 7:00am - 5:00pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
- Wednesdays: 7:00am -3:00pm
- Fridays: 7:00am - 4:30pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
