The Head of Business Unit, Enterprise Connectivity, reports to the General Manager of Advanced Connectivity and is responsible to oversee the strategic and operational management of the product and services business related to 5G, ensuring alignment with company objectives and financial goals.

The individual will drive business growth through P&L management, operational excellence, strategic partnerships, and effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies.

**Be Part of Our Success**

**P&L Management**
- Own and manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the 5G product business, ensuring the achievement of financial targets such as Operating Budget (OB), Revenue, and EBITXc
- Deliver on business goals and maximize profitability through effective resource allocation and cost management

**Operational Excellence**
- Lead and ensure the operational excellence of the BU operations and delivery teams to meet quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction standards
- Implement best practices to streamline processes and improve the performance of the delivery team

**Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy**
- Develop, execute, and refine the GTM plan for the 5G products and services, ensuring alignment with market trends and business goals of pipelines
- Identify new opportunities and initiatives to strengthen the product’s market positioning and drive sales or revenue growth

**Business Reporting**
- Provide regular updates on the Enterprise Communications BU performance cadence to senior management through business forums such as monthly business review meetings
- Prepare detailed business reports, including financial performance, risk assessments, and forecasts

**Strategic Growth Initiatives**
- Explore and manage strategic partnerships, including supporting inorganic growth opportunities through potential joint venture, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), to drive BU business growth
- Support in due diligence, integration planning, and execution for potential joint venture and M&A initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy

**Qualities We Value**
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology and Communication, or a related field. MBA is preferred
- Proven track record in managing a P&L, particularly in the telecommunication space or 5G product space
- Extensive experience in operational management, including leading manager of managers in product delivery and business operations
- Strong understanding of the telecommunications industry, specifically wireless technology in 4G/LTE, 5G, WIFI7
- Experience in developing and executing GTM strategies for telecommunications products such as radio, transmission and Core
- Familiarity with strategic partnerships and M&A activities
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
- Financial acumen, with the ability to interpret financial reports and drive profitability
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to navigate complex business environments and drive large-scale initiatives
- Working location is in Jurong East / Ang Mo Kio
