- **Location**:Hougang | **5 days work week**

**Responsibilities**
- Design & drafting of **ACMV, fire protection system, sanitary & plumbing system, electrical system**.
- Compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements & authority submission.
- Liaison with Clients & Professional of other disciplines

**Requirements**:

- Possess Mechanical (ACMV) Drafting & Design experience in Singapore Building Services - **ACMV/Electrical** _(Designing, Drafting, BIM Modeller, etc)_
- Has knowledge of AutoCAD/ Revit or BIM software.

**Salary**
$3,000 - $5,000
