**What the role is**

DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLANNING

**What you will be working on**

You will be part of a dynamic team which oversees the implementation of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) across LTA. You will be working closely with various stakeholders within LTA, ensuring continuity of essential business operations and services in the event of a crisis. In addition, you will be managing risk and assisting in developing mitigation / control measures and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs). Beyond these, you will be involved in planning, coordinating and managing land transport operations to support major National and ad-hoc events, and overseeing the execution of integrated operations.

**What we are looking for**
- Tertiary qualification in any discipline
- At least 2 years of working experience in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) or Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
- Excellent organisational, coordination and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and, as part of a team
- Strong analytical and conceptual abilities with the capacity to think strategically and innovatively
- Strong attention to details with a systematic approach to problem-solving
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous and able to work within tight deadlines
- Proactive with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adhere to confidentially in handling sensitive information you will have access to
