**Job Description & Requirements**:

- Providing the beauty treatments in compliance with the brand's standards and protocol.
- Managing the operation and housekeeping of the salon.
- Planning strategic sales and retail opportunities
- Contribute to the wellbeing of your customers through your consideration and discretion
- Organising the rooms according to the appointments on the schedule.
- Organise your station/area and monitor Salon standards in all treatment rooms
- Upsell and advise the customers and sell the beauty products on site
- Ensure floats are counted and balanced at start and end of shift and they are secure at all times.
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere to the Salon, focusing on excellent customer care, going the extra mile for every guest.
- Making sure all customers request and queries are responded to promptly, efficiently and effectively.
- Positively dealing and learning from customer’s comments and complaints and revisiting procedures to ensure continuous excellent service is being delivered.
- Building and maintaining customer profiles to capture guest preferences and to deliver wow factors throughout their beauty journey.
