Below is a brief description of your job scope. The Management may adjust your job scope from time-to-time to better align with the organisation objectives.

**Job Description**:

- Reporting to the Senior Manager, Innovation and Strategic Partnerships, you will collaborate across cross-functional teams to develop, maintain and grow our strategic opportunities with both existing and new corporations aligned to ACE.SG’s mission.
- You will work with the team to identify partners who can provide strategic and/or commercial value to ACE.SG and our stakeholders, negotiate the terms of engagement, and engage them closely to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both ACE.SG and our strategic partners.
- You will develop, monitor and review performance indicators of measurement for the partnerships with corporations. You will also work closely with other team members in meeting the organisation's KPIs pertaining to engagements with strategic corporate partners.
- You will also analyse the gaps of the startup ecosystem, especially developmental needs that startups may have and identify potential corporate partners that could bridge the identified gaps.
- You will represent ACE.SG at tech events, conferences, workshops, networking and all other events that you attend, building relationships with startups, corporates, angel investors, venture capitalists, corporate venture capitalists and family offices.
- You will carry out studies and prepare landscape reports on market development, economic analysis, technology trends and other relevant areas pertaining to the local startup ecosystem that the corporate partners may request.
- You will assist to manage or participate in any Special Projects, or undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or the Management.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in a relevant field.
- 1-3 years’ work experience in a training organisation, investment bank, management consulting firm, venture capital firm, corporate ventures, family office or similar experiences.
- You are obsessed with details and display unquestionable work ethics.
- Some domain knowledge of the startup scene, but more importantly you have a genuine passion for entrepreneurship and emerging technologies.
- You can make things happen and seek to make a difference, even in a highly independent manner.
- You are courageous, creative, and a thinker who can envision how markets and industries might move and will maintain a close watch on it.
