**Job Description**:
**Scope**:
**Primary Responsibilities include**:

- Perform Engineering and 3rd level support for Visa’s Global Citrix farm
- Be a contributing member of the Citrix/VDI team to help design, build, deploy and maintain the Citrix infrastructure.
- Assist in the security and system implementation of Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp, Citrix Storefront, Citrix Studio, Citrix Director, Citrix Provisioning Services, Netscaler Access Gateway, Hyper-V, VMware, Network, Storage, Cloud and Security platforms.
- Provide technical support to Operations, Engineering team members and end users to ensure problem resolution is achieved in the shortest possible timeframe
- Communicate and liaise with all other departments; notify appropriate parties immediately of any issues which may affect efficient operations, including but not limited to outages, service disruptions, and repeated customer complaints
- Interface with customers to gather appropriate details or communications designs
- Assist internal customers in a professional and service driven manner during M&A activity, new deployments, or service-related configurations
- Assist other members of the team to complete assignments to meet goals, deadlines and objectives

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years' work experience in Citrix/VDI technologies
- Microsoft and Citrix certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience in designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing Citrix/VDI infrastructure
- Experience in managing Windows Servers in an enterprise environment.
- Proven experience utilizing enterprise level virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V
- Strong leadership skills along with effective oral/written communication skills
- Working knowledge of LAN/WAN topologies, Load Balancer, Firewalls and troubleshooting issues
- Ability to Multi-task and work with minimum supervision and be self-motivated
- An enthusiastic positive attitude towards working in a team environment
- Proven engineering, documentation and troubleshooting capabilities

Ability to explain technical information to non-technical users.

- Experience of leading technology deployments in highly complex cross regional projects, through planning, documentation, and implementation
- Demonstrated ability to systematically troubleshoot problems in complex Citrix environments
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments in an environment that requires multitasking among multiple concurrent projects while also handling interruptions.
