Therapy Assistant

The primary role of a Therapy Assistant involves supporting senior and supervising therapists in conducting assessments and administering therapy. The Therapy Assistant will assist with implementing therapy plans as directed by senior and supervising therapists.
**Responsibilities**
- Work therapeutically with adults, children and their families
- Assess and formulate individualised therapy plans
- Ability to work face-to-face and online
- Report writing where necessary
- Liaising with other professionals (e.g., doctors, psychiatrists)
- Documenting clients’ responses to therapy and updating client files
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by senior and supervising therapists
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Master’s Degree in Psychology
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in a therapy clinic and/or hospital
- Has therapeutic training in cognitive behavioural therapy and dialectical behaviour therapy
- Has training and experience with diagnostic and cognitive assessments
- Previous experience working with youths and adults is preferred
- Previous experience working in a multidisciplinary team is preferred
- Eligible to be a Full Member with the Singapore Psychological Society
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed to attending regular supervision
- Ability to work independently and be a team player
- IT skills in Office Applications such as Word, Excel, use of App
