**Company Overview**:
The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support the sales and sales operations of the company. They will use their skills in data mining, statistical analysis, and visualization to identify trends and patterns in data. Data will help to create monthly forecasting processes and drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales and operations processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources, including Salesforce, sales reports, forecasts, market data, backlog, and financial reports.
- Analyze data using statistical techniques to identify trends and patterns.
- The position will require the collection and analysis of data in the following key areas:

- Margin, Forecasting, Customer Segmentation, Product Profitability, Revenue, Channel Analysis, and Market Analysis
- Own monthly forecasting processes.
- Use sales demand and historical data to create robust monthly demand forecasts to drive factory supply planning
- Analyze factory operations supply plan to understand and drive inventory strategies
- Combine Demand forecast, operations supply response along with other strategic data to drive monthly revenue forecast
- Develop and implement data visualization tools through PowerBI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements
- Prepare and present reports to leadership.
- Developing and maintaining new data sets.
- Training other employees on data analysis techniques and tools
- Stay up-to-date on the latest data analytics tools and techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Experience with data mining, statistical analysis, and visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Experience with PowerBI and Salesforce.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite. Excellent Excel skills required.
