- Water and care for indoor plants, ensuring they remain healthy and vibrant.
- Replace light bulbs and fixtures as needed, ensuring proper illumination throughout the premises.
- Move furniture and equipment as required for events, renovations, or reconfigurations.
- Execute minor painting and plastering tasks to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the facility.
- Inspect premises for maintenance needs and report any issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance or repair work, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance equipment and storage areas.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, supplies, and equipment usage.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in general maintenance and labor work, preferably in a commercial or institutional setting.
- Knowledge of basic maintenance techniques and procedures.
- Ability to operate common maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting up to 20Kg.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
