We are looking for a unique individual whose ambition is to become a full fledged trader in a high frequency trading firm. - Ability to work in a high-pressure, collaborative team environment- Ability to master and execute trading algorithmic and discretionary strategies- Thrives in a flat and meritocratic corporate culture- Exercises discipline and ensure consistency in identifying and navigating trading risks and opportunities- Possesses quick and decisive thinking and the ability to perform in a dynamic and stressful environment

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in the fields of Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Data Analytics, Commerce or Economics.
- Prior personal/professional trading experience would be ideal- A thirst for learning and mastering how to excel in financial markets is a must- A personality void of ego and is able to self-manage and grow without excessive structure- View integrity as a core value- Ability to communicate concisely and effectively- Knowledge of any programming language will be an advantage e.g. Python- A strong passion for competitive activities e.g. trading, games, sports etc.
