**The role**:
Are you passionate about photography, videography, and social media? Do you want to join a team of creative individuals who are dedicated to producing content that inspires and excites people?

At Gradepixel, we help brands, agencies, and creatives bring their vision to life through stills and motion productions. Our team are always eager to learn and grow together with the company.

We're in search of a Creative Intern who is passionate about social media and has a knack for keeping our audience engaged. As an intern, you'll have the opportunity to:

- Manage our social calendar across all platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, and LinkedIn)
- Create content that aligns with our brand image and aesthetic
- Assist our photographers and videographers with day-to-day activities on set
- Handle deadlines and ensure the quality of content creation
- Produce video content for marketing campaigns and social media
- Brainstorm new and engaging content ideas, and research trends and directions
- Be involved in the post-edit process, filming, and pre-planning stages

If you have a background in design, photography, video production, social media, or a related field and a portfolio to showcase your skills, we'd love to hear from you Here's what we're looking for:

- Proficiency in photography/videography techniques, including lighting, audio/video editing, graphic design
- Good knowledge of photography and video editing tools (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve)
- A keen eye for composition and the ability to imagine how photos/videos will be used across different media platforms
- Initiative to learn, propose new ideas, and explorative creativity drive
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Independent shows initiative, resourcefulness, and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
- Availability to start work ASAP
- Possibility to be converted to full time
