Job responsibilities:

- Daily support of IT services
- Liaise and work closely with vendors for in-house apps, software, and hardware issues
- Administer in-house apps, M365 Admin Center, Azure, workstations, etc
- Evaluate and / or recommend purchases of computers, IoT, and software.
- Monitor and maintain overall IT inventory of hardware and software resources.
- Provide related hardware and software training to end users.
- Assist in IT Projects and translate business needs/processes into digitalisation transformation.
- Willing to support weekend calls and outages when require.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding the information being processed and data integrity.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering
- 1- 3 years of relevant working experience in IT and helpdesk support
- Proficient in M365, Azure, Active Directory and etc
- PowerShell and scripting is added advantage
- Good team player and good communication skill.
