You will be working in the Digital Growth team within the Digital Business division. This team is in-charge of driving all digital revenues, strategize and implement all eCommerce platforms, MarTech and AdTech solutions to drive incremental revenues by increasing relevancies.

This individual will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day business operations on both the consumer and partner front to achieve growth and operational efficiency. Beyond that, you will be collaborating across all functions and stakeholders to support campaigns and outreach programs that contribute towards the team’s growth roadmaps.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Support the day-to-day operations in driving sales growth and ongoing growth initiatives
- Handle the fulfilment of campaign initiatives to drive positive customer experiences
- Responsible for marketing operations supporting campaign initiatives
- Manage partner operations that includes onboarding, KYC and invoicing
- Liaising with frontline teams for all customer related enquiries pertaining to campaigns and platforms
- Collaborating with IT BAs, backend policy servicing teams to ensure timely responses
- Making recommendations on streamlining processes to achieve operational efficiency

**Key Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management with an interest in understanding Marketing Technology & Campaigns
- 1-2 years track record of sales/ marketing operations or project management
- Detailed oriented and meticulous
- Strong ownership with a positive and can-do attitude
- High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to work well in a team as well as independently
