**MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the development of the plant’s RBI program. This includes setting up the RBI framework (RBI policy, templates, strategy), setting up RBI Software and executing RBI work (identifying corrosion loops, assigning damage mechanisms, identify failure modes as well facilitating RBI Workshop with a multi-discipline team).
- Ensure results of RBI work is clearly documented and saved within RBI software.
- Using RBI results, develop and implement the inspection program (including selection of NDE methods and coverage) to ensure safe and efficient operation of the plant.
- Ensure the scheduled inspection activities completed on time, especially for all MOM registered equipment, as per regulatory requirements.
- Update/manage RBI tool after inspections/turn arounds.
- Execute on-site inspections as required.
- Internal coordination with other teams in technical department, to prepare turnaround.
- Be able to challenge subcontractor for inspection for non-destructive methods and location of examination regarding the material and the damage mode.
- Provide information, advice and/or review any modification and repair procedure(s) concerning static equipment and/or corrosion issues.
- Ensure high equipment reliability and integrity during plant operation, together with Operation Department and all other teams in Technical Department.
- Collect Return of Experience (internal & external), analyse the lessons learned, and ensure the best practices in implementation. Participate in RCA / 5 Why analysis, led by Reliability Engineer.

**HEALTH, SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT, QUALITY AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS**
- Write/review procedures in accordance with plant policies and regulations.
- Ensure the achievement of HSEQ objectives in his/her activities.
- Ensure the definition, implementation and monitoring of HSEQ corrective actions in his/her activities.
- Makes sure, if necessary, of the inspection of the installations before restarting or using them.
- Perform close monitoring of contractors to improve general performance to achieve Zero Accident
- Participate in the HSEQ/Energy committees and the corporate Inspection reviews.

**Education**:
Bachelor degree in an engineering school (corrosion, material or equivalent), with at least 8 years of experience in maintenance execution OR Polytechnic diploma, with at least 10 years of experience.

**Knowledge**:

- Certification in API 510, 570, 580, 653, CSWIP is an advantage
- Experience with RBI software
- Technical knowledge of vessel (design, fabrication), piping, exchangers and safety valves for chemical process and good practices for inspection.
- Technical knowledge of plastics (PP/PVDF/FRP/PTFE)/ glass /ceramic (quartz) equipment and related damage mode mechanisms (as mechanical or chemical thermal resistance).
- Technical knowledge of metallic equipment (Stainless Steel, Nickel base alloy, Refractory metallic materials) and related damage mode mechanisms (corrosion, fatigue, erosion).
- General knowledge on process, chemical hazard, materials, metallurgy, welding, material resistance, and Non-Destructive Testing.
- Prior experience in TA’s
- Knowledge of reliability tools (RCA, 5 why )
- CMMS (SAP or similar )
- Knowledge on pressure equipment inspection
- In-depth knowledge on common industry codes & MOM regulations
