- A relevant degree in Business/Banking & Finance
- Minimum banking experience of 13 years in a bank and 3.5 years as a credit analyst or credit manager
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of staff
- Self-motivated and meticulous
- Able to start work immediately or at short notice
