**NTT DATA Singapore is hiring a **System Analyst**on a **12-month contract**for a mission-critical role in the **Cards Technology team**of a leading regional bank.

This role is based at **Alexandra Building**and focuses on the delivery and support of credit and debit card processing platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the development, implementation, and support of mainframe-based Cards systems
- Analyze and propose technical solutions for change requests and new initiatives
- Collaborate with Business Users, Vendors, and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver system changes
- Provide hands-on technical guidance on CICS COBOL, batch jobs, JCL, and middleware integration
- Work on Credit/Debit Card transaction processing, Reward Points earning/burning, and Item Catalogue systems
- Participate in full SDLC: from requirement gathering to SIT/UAT support and production cutover
- Manage project documentation, estimation, and quality control in accordance with bank standards
- Coordinate with internal and vendor teams to troubleshoot, debug, and provide post-deployment support
- Ensure compliance with architectural and security standards

**Requirements**:

- **10+ years**of experience in System Analysis, with strong functional exposure to **Cards Domain**:

- Proven hands-on experience with **VisionPLUS**or **CardLink**platforms
- In-depth technical skills in **CICS COBOL, COBOL Batch, JCL, Easytrieve, VSAM, OPC**, and mainframe utilities
- Experience with **middleware systems (Unix/Linux)**and system interfacing/integration
- Strong communication and documentation skills to liaise across stakeholders and regions
- Knowledge of rewards program logic and catalogue systems is highly desirable
- Ability to lead teams and deliver results in high-pressure environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
