(1) Beautician to be able to man the beauty center and to follow up on the patrons package and membership.
(2) To manage and supervise a team of service crew and trainees.
(3) To attend to new partons, set up inclusive to procure new accounts.
(4) To be able to speak fluent Vietnamese language and Cantonese.
(5) To have knowlegde and to follow strictly the covid measures and restrictions and or to keep abreast with the latest news and updates. To keep a good distance, health and safety measures. To ensure the beauty center is sanitise daily and make sure wear mask at all times.
(6) To be familiar with the company act and ethinical business practices in Singapore pursuant to the case (consumer rights) adn to explain to patrons clearly on the packages and or refind policies.
(7) To be professional and to be on standy to take over any of the beauticians roles when there is not enough manpower inclusive of providing facial cleansing, unblock black heads, attend to acnes, do face mask, shoulder massage, neck massage, head and hair massage, hair treatment and or to meet demands of the patrons. In short you have to follow the principals of customer always right.
(8) To be polite and courteous at all times. To serve patrons whole heartedly bearing their best welfare and interest. To promote packages with integrity and not to introduce unnecessary services to the partons excessively.
(9) To wear company uniform and represent good company image at all times even outside of the company.
(10) To provide training and or personal grooming and counselling to all staff of the company.
(11) To adhere the company rules at all time.
