- Ensure effective implementation of company’s ISO9001/ 45001/ 14001 (QHSE) management system and its certification
- Facilitate the effective implementation of QHSE risk assessment (RA) within the company including local sales and for customer site activities
- Ensure that the division / department’s QHSE documented information are maintained and retained including local sales
- Report risk management matters to the Management whenever required and raise QHSE awareness / promote QHSE activities
- Coordinate the implementation of (internal and external) QHSE audit program
- Support immediate reporting of nonconformities and incidents and investigation (part of crisis management)
- Maintain system to ensure legal compliance e.g. product compliance, HSE law, etc., as a Product Compliance Manager (PCM)
- Research/fulfil Sales on pre-qualification form by general customers, regular vendor’s qualification form requested by customers
- Handle customer complaint process such as Yokogawa product warranty & Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) claims via Quay-stone with YHQ. And coordinate 3rd party hardware / software product Non-compliance claims
- Perform QA Review of Project QA Milestone Check Sheets, Pre-FAT & Pre-shipment QA Inspection and monthly reporting of progress
- Compile & analyse Customer Satisfaction Survey results returned from each project

Requirement:

- Degree / Diploma in Engineering, QHSE or Science
- At least five years of experience in managing Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) in Project Management, Corporate, Manufacturing, supply chain management, or related environment at Regional HQ level
- Preferably in a supervisory role with experience in developing and implementing QHSE Management Systems and auditing against ISO and industrial standards
- Equipped with internal auditing skill is preferred
- Trained in the WSH and fire safety
- Knowledge of quality tools and failure analysis skill
