**Responsibilities**:

- Localize and implement global marketing campaigns, following respective brand guidelines.
- Design and execution of impactful local print and digital marketing campaigns and deliverables for product launches, retail displays, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the Digital / eCommerce Team to concept and execute appropriate and impactful visuals for content across digital channels, social media, and websites.
- Trade marketing including point of purchase and product catalogues, developed in conjunction with Product Managers.
- Event branding design for consumer events and internal brand meetings.
- In studio product photography and short form videography content for catalogues and social media.
- Assist with management of creative assets and resources such as photography, logos, and other creative resources.
- Assist marketing team members with design of decks for internal and external meetings and presentations.

**Requirements**:

- 2 years' working experience in a graphic/visual design role within a marketing or agency environment.
- Degree or diploma in Graphic / Visual Design or similar discipline.
- Strong design aesthetic, demonstrated through a portfolio of relevant or related industry work.
- Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to present design and messaging concepts and lead creative dialogues with marketing team members.
- Ability to navigate creative briefs to inform concepts, design, and project requirements.
- The ability to deliver on tight timelines are critical to success in this role.
- Experience with DTC and marketplace eCommerce, CRM and website is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to understand, engage and have empathy for our golf community.
- Excellent team player who exhibits a high level of motivation and drive with the ability to work within a highly collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of golf industry and golf products is preferred.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite programs, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
- Proficiency / familiarity with file sharing tools such as SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Comfort designing within Microsoft PowerPoint for deck and presentation work.
- Photography and videography skills are advantageous.
