- ** Job Responsibilities**:

- Work as part of a group in the development and analysis of test cases
- Brainstorming to find a resolution for customer issues and analyze data for trends
- Participating in writing and documenting of detailed defects
- Participating in troubleshooting of technical issue to increase efficiency of the team
- Conduct product reviews and user experience from a gamer standpoint
- Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively with other functions (developers, firmware/hardware team)

**Learning opportunities**:As an intern, you will learn the following:

- Introduction to Automation Testing for Razer Products: You will learn about the process and tools used in automation testing for Razer products, including defect management and tracking tools.
- Expanding Testing Techniques for Razer Products: You will gain experience in various testing techniques used in the testing of Razer products, including compatibility testing, functional testing, and load testing.
- Scripting Automation for Razer Product Testing: You will learn how to write automation scripts using Selenium and Python for Razer product testing, improving efficiency and reducing testing time.
- Collaboration and Social Skills: You will learn how to interact effectively with colleagues from different departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination for Razer product testing.
- Understanding of Razer Product Testing Standards: You will gain an understanding of the standards and requirements for testing Razer software and the importance of delivering high-quality products and software to customers.

**Pre-Requisites**:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in computer/software engineering, game design or related fields
- Able to work as a team, fast leaner and committed to quality of testing
- Able to work in a fast paced and ad-hoc environment
