**Job Summary: Inventory Management - Operations Executive**

The Inventory Management Executive is responsible for planning and implementing systematic inventory count processes, operations, and technology.

**About the Company**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing plans to execute stocktake for company owned stock and customer's stock according to schedule.
- To provide analysis of stocktake results, provide recommendation for continuous improvement on optimising storage utilisation levels.
- Implementing quality program and using data analytics to review efficiency of the warehouse storage and layout plans, stock rotation, and handling processes.
- Perform data entries and maintain/monitor stock inventory.
- Enforce housekeeping rules in the warehouse.
- Manage and support logistics assistants.
- Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement processes and technology in the warehouse.
- Review and maintain departmental key performance indicators and procedures, analyse performance gaps, and suggest measures to close the gaps.
- Attend to the user's concerns with regards to stocktake/cycle count results.
- Support in ad-hoc activities, e.g. product recall and returns, and other cross deployment

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of SAP/Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Diploma/Degree in a logistics-related field with relevant working experience.
