We are looking for a Quantitative Research Analyst for the Investment Office. You will research and analyse time-series data across asset classes to enable investment decisions and enhance the investment process. You will work closely with other members of the Investment Office to refine our existing suite of products and develop new ones by continuously improving our asset allocation models.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work independently to run analyses assigned by Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to improve asset allocation models and develop new products
- Continuously improve our asset allocation models based on data analytics
- Drive digital asset analytics in the Investment Office
- Develop research and insights on digital assets for the Investment Committee
- Participate and review all line items of assets in all of our portfolios, supply data, analysis or contents to an expanded Investment Committee to keep up-to-date with the latest StashAway investment strategies and product offerings.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of work experience in the investment banking or quantitative research industry.
- Undergraduate degree or higher in economics, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or other quantitative disciplines
- Understanding of fixed income and derivative/vol products
- Excellent data modelling skills in Excel and/or other statistical platforms
- Strong numerical reasoning, analytical skills, and ability to work through tasks logically.
- Programming experience and knowledge in Python, R, Matlab, Excel, SQL or other statistical software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to manage, prioritize, and execute tasks in a multitasking environment with competing requirements
- Adaptive, self-motivated, enjoy challenges and significant responsibility and thrive in fast-paced, competitive environments.
