**Our client is a global and established Multinational Company, who is seeking to recruit a **Indoor Relationship Manager (Telesales)*. This position is based in Singapore.
**Indoor Relationship Manager (Telesales)**
**Responsibilities include**:
- Formulate and execute a personal sales plan that incorporates initiatives for identifying and gaining new business prospects and maximize growth within the existing client base
- Manage revenue and shipment growth through up-selling and cross-selling tactics to exceed assigned targets
- Combine sales skills with products and services knowledge and convert the maximum possible prospect leads into active customers, placing emphasis on those with maximum revenue and shipment potential in order to increase the size and quality of market share
- Continually strengthen knowledge on services and general commercial awareness in order to provide the best possible standard of customer service and maximize your contribution to the sales function
- Open new customer accounts and ensure they trade profitably
- Ensure all customer agreements are cost sensitive and adhere to regional standards on profit margins/ minimum pricing tariff, to govern business interest
- Provide justification and obtain management's agreement for any deviation from the set tariff
- Complete in a timely manner - daily and weekly reports to measure self and department's productivity and effectiveness through the use of in-house Sales Reporting Tool
- Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database
- Ensure that all customer issues relating to customer service, service recovery and credit control are co-coordinated and managed through the relevant departments
