**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive sales growth of LGC Standards' portfolio of reference materials and analytical standards.
- Identify business opportunities within the APAC region.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, encouraging trust and dedication.
- Understand customer needs and effectively communicate the value of our products.
- Work collaboratively with the APAC Commercial Team and report directly to the Sales Manager, Commercial APAC.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, preferably in Chemistry or Biochemistry.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably with experience in selling products or services.
- Proficiency in Korean and English is needed; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong team player with a passion for business development.

- Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities with direct transactional accounts to drive portfolio and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing focus accounts to foster trust and loyalty.
- Develop a deep understanding of the entire LGC Standards product portfolio, across
- all end-markets (Pharma, Biotech, Environmental, etc.) including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Conduct engaging and informative presentations, highlighting the benefits and suitability of products or services to meet customers’ needs.
- Use LGC’s sales tools to manage prospects, existing accounts, opportunities, and pipeline, and to forecast in an accurate and timely manner.
- Responsible for periodically collecting and analysing information on the top transactional accounts, to determine if they are eligible for segment promotion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

- Liaise closely with internal colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
