**Roles & Responsibilities**

AccelerAsia Ventures is a hands-on investment company which invests in early or

expansion stage technology ventures from Europe, USA and Israel that are aiming to focus

on the APAC region for the next stage of their development. It was founded in 2016 and is

based in Singapore.

We are now in a stage where we would like to onboard an investment associate with 2-3

years of work experience which will support the investment team with sourcing and review of

new investment opportunities, post investment support and fund reporting.

**Your Role and Responsibilities**:

- Deal Sourcing - Networking; Handling sourcing pipeline; Developing pipeline analytics; Identifying investment opportunities.
- Deal Analysis and Execution: Building financial models and forecasts; Executing indepth due diligence on commercial, Operational, Technical, and Financial matters; Deeveloping/preparing legal documents and investment documents for the Investment Committee.
- Portfolio Management: Managing portfolio(s) and assisting portfolio companies with ad-hoc hands on support where needed.
- Reporting: Analysis of the monthly/quarterly business updates and consolidate findings for our quarterly LP updates.
- Team Contribution - Helping to grow our capabilities and contributing to our highly energetic and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Degree in Business Administration (Finance) or Accounting.
- Ideally 2-3 years (internship) experience with a PE, VC, Investment Bank or Strategy Consulting Firm.
- Highly skilled in data analytics, financial modelling, communication and interpersonal interactions, business assessment, qualitative judgement, teamwork and follow-through / execution.
- Self starter with a passion for investments, technology and business building.
- Professional and personal maturity with unquestionable integrity.
