**Role & Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Provide training and guidance to new and existing staff as and when needed
- Manage and maintain inventory, sales and staff as well as monitoring, evaluation sales performances
- Plan staff schedule based on operational needs
- Manage the outlet's budget, including sales forecasting and expense control
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the outlet
- Complete weekly outlet admin and reports and liaise with Operations and HQ Team

**Skills/Qualification Requirement**
- Relevant experience preferred
- Team player
- Available to work between 10am to 10pm including weekend
- 6 Days/Week, 10 Hours/Day inclusive of 1 Hour Break

**Work Location**: 310 Orchard Rd, Tang Plaza, Singapore 238864
