**Job Description**:
PRINTER

As a Printer, you will be primarily responsible for manning and operating the printing line, assisting the printing supervisor and following the required procedure and requirement in order to produce good quality products that meets the daily production target.

Pre-requisite

To work as a Printer, you will need to have experience. If you do not have the necessary experience, you can start off with being a Printing Assistant before you move up to the Printer position upon gaining the experience needed. For both Printer and Printing Assistant, some of the work will involve heavy lifting and also climbing up and down the printing press and as such some physical strength and agility is required.

Responsibilities and Tasks (include but not limited to)
- Man and operate the printing line.
- Assist the printing supervisor to convert, set up, repair and optimize the printing line to run production with the required print quality.
- Follow the required procedure and requirement needed for printing process to ensure the step is completed with good quality.
- Support the printing supervisor and maintain efficiency to meet the targeted output.
- Feedback to the printing supervisor on any issues that are encountered during printing.
- Abide to the rules and guidelines that are set forth by the company.
- Abide to safe work practices and be responsible for own personal safety.

Responsibilities and Tasks (include but not limited to)
- Helping in machine set up.
- Cleaning up after the printing process.
- Helping to ensure smooth running of the printing line.
- Performing in-process checks on printing quality.
- Follow the required procedure and requirement needed to ensure the step is completed with good quality.
- Maintain efficiency to meet the targeted output.
- Feedback to the printing supervisor on any issues that are encountered.
- Abide to the rules and guidelines that are set forth by the company.
- Abide to safe work practices and be responsible for own personal safety.
- Other work related to the running of the printing line.
