We are looking for a motivated Architectural Qualified Resident Architects for a Full time Contract position with a contract duration of at least 14 months (February 2025 to March 2026).

You will be working closely with the client and builder (D&B project) on an **architectural project located in the Northwest of Singapore **.

**Requirements**:

- The RA shall have minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in supervision works of building and construction.
- The RA shall possess an Architectural degree recognize by the Professional Board of Architects (BOA) of Singapore.
- The RA shall work with the QP(D) / QP(S) to resolve all design and technical issues arising from the construction of the Architectural works.
- Familiar with local codes & regulations.
- Ensure that all architectural works on site are carried out according to approved drawings/specifications and conform to all authority standards/ requirements. Supervise architectural works.
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the design intent, specifications, and quality of works as specified in the terms of contract.
- Ensure timely clearing of submission of shop drawings, technical submittals and material samples to ensure compliance with the design and specifications.
- Coordinate with Project Manager on daily updates and weekly reports.
- Maintain proper records of all site files on project correspondences, documents and drawings for easy retrieval and reference.
- Attend all meetings, take notes and maintain the records of such meetings
