My client is a global leading Semiconductor back-end equipment manufacturer. To expand their R&D team in Singapore, they are now looking for an experienced Vision System Engineer.

This role will be focusing on development of Vision System for Die Bonders, including optics, illumination, and sensors, and supporting and co-development on cameras, algorighmics, machine accuracy&calibration, vision realted process technology. Beside overall system integration design, this roll will also support Asian based Operations, Suppliers, and Customers, and communicate with European based R&D sites.

To be considered with this role, you will hold relevant degree in physics, engineerting, etc. And you will have mínimal 2 years of experience in similar industries. Semicon equipment or similar industrial background will be highly preferred. You will be sophiscated using vision domains tools and have basic understanding to electronics. You will travel to Europe occasionally and travel to production sites in Asia on request.
