**About the Role**:
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **HR Intern**to support our Human Resources team in daily administrative and recruitment tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and understand the full employee lifecycle in a dynamic work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in updating internal HR databases with employee information (e.g., contact details, employment documents).
- Support payroll processes by collecting data on leave records, working hours, and banking details.
- Assist in posting, updating, and removing job listings across various platforms (job boards, career sites, social media).
- Prepare and maintain HR-related reports (e.g., training summaries, department budgets).
- Respond to basic employee queries, especially related to benefits and leave entitlements.
- Support in reviewing, formatting, and distributing company policies.
- Contribute to organizing company events, employee engagement activities, and career fairs.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior internship or administrative experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exposure to HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment.
