**Marketing Coordinator - Job Description**:

- Work with other marketing team members to design, write, and produce proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral, aligned with brand standards
- Develop new materials to support business development activities, as needed
- Maintain resources & information systems: ordering materials, updating project documentation, resumes, and image libraries
- Execute and monitor marketing programs and campaigns across a variety of channels.
- Identify programs and channels to grow brand awareness following the completion of projects
- Collaborate with other internal teams and partners on brand awareness and marketing initiatives
- Take ownership, manage, and support all company events conferences, exhibitions, seminars, focus groups, etc.
- Support marketing campaigns, events planning and execution
- Assist to prepare sales plan, Develop marketing and new sales strategies
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customer and potential client at all level

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Being an integrated Marketing Team member
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create effective presentations and other marketing collateral
- Self-motivated with intra-personal skills, and a great team-player
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple projects and deadlines at a time
- Ability to work with diverse project teams in a fast-paced work environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
