**We are looking for a compassionate and organized Clinic Assistant to join our thriving medical group in Singapore

**About the Role:
In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our paediatric clinic. You will provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, while assisting our medical professionals in delivering high-quality care.
**Responsibilities:
**Patient Care & Support**:
- Welcome patients and families with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Assist with patient registration and update medical records.
- Take height, weight, and other vital signs (as delegated by a licensed medical professional).
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure proper sterilization procedures.
- Assist the doctor during patient consultations (e.g., taking notes, preparing medications).
- Provide age-appropriate explanations of procedures to young patients and their families.
- Help to create a calm and positive environment for children during their visit.
**Clinic Operations**:
- Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and ensure timely service.
- Maintain clinic supplies and equipment.
- Stock examination rooms and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed (e.g., filing, answering phones).
- Liaise with pharmacies to ensure accurate medication dispensing. Managing insurance claims.

**Requirements**:
- Diploma or equivalent in a healthcare-related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 year experience working in a clinical setting, with paediatric experience a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with children and families.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
