**Core Responsibilities**:
1. Create new and edit/modify existing NC programs using NX12 software.
2. Create 3D solid models.
3. Identify & design workholding/fixturing, as needed.
5. Maintain tooling database and inventory.
6. Any other duties as and when assigned by immediate superior.
**Requirements**:
1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a minimum of 3 year's experience in CNC programming.
2. Demonstrated knowledge of CNC programming with the ability to program mills and lathes in 4 & 5-axis machines.
3. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.
4. Demonstrated knowledge of GD&T.
5. Proficient with UG NX12 CAD/CAM software.
6. Experience with Fanuc and Heidenhain CNC controls.
7. Mature, organized, meticulous, task-oriented and able to handle tasks independently. Must be a team player.
8. Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
