Draftsperson

**2D 3D Designer Draftsman**

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, Prepare, schedules works and revise drawings in a timely manner for tender and job order.
- Collaborate with team to propose design and materials based on budget and client requirement to obtain material dimension & specification from site & vendors.
- Coordinate instructions & monitor with sales team, production, and Clients for job order & design specification, acceptance of work, progress of work, problem solving, handover completed project.
- Liaise with consultants and vendor on compliance with regulations, practices and changes.
- Attend to customer enquiry and conduct survey site condition, cost and method requirement of installation, delivery, and set-up if necessary.
- Conduct quality control to ensure finished products are constructed according to job order and drawing.
- Plan & implement effective, efficient production and safe practices, be organized and responsible in safe keeping of all files & drawings
- Provide support to production, procurement and logistics team members.
- Any other related task & ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction, building, project management, manufacturing.
- Competency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, 2D & 3D drawing.
- Organized, self-driven & team player with good interpersonal skill.
- Diploma/NTC 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related field.

Pay: From $1,500.00 per month
